Seven Bam is operated by Far West LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you use the Seven Bam website, web app, and mobile applications.
Depending on how you use Seven Bam, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number if provided, profile photo, town, Mahjong experience level, game preferences, league membership, match participation, scores, rankings, and information you enter when proposing or hosting a game.
Seven Bam does not collect your device’s precise GPS location for nearby-game discovery. We use the town you enter in your profile to help prioritize relevant local games and community activity.
Seven Bam uses third-party technology providers to operate the service. Our current stack includes Supabase for backend, database, and authentication-related services; Expo for app development, delivery, and related services; and Google Sign-In when you choose to sign in with Google. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy terms.
Because Seven Bam is a social game platform, some information may be visible to other users when needed for game, match, and league features. This can include your displayed name, profile image, participation in a match or league, scores, and rankings. Seven Bam does not sell your personal information.
You can delete your Seven Bam account from within the app. When you delete your account, direct account identifiers and profile information associated with the account are deleted. Historical match, league, score, and ranking records may be retained only in anonymized form so they are no longer reasonably linked to you and so that shared game and league records can remain accurate.
If you cannot access your account, you can also request deletion by emailing sevenbamapp@gmail.com.
We retain identifiable information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When an account is deleted, identifiable account information is removed as described above, while anonymized historical records may remain.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Seven Bam is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children or minors under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Seven Bam evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown above.
