These Terms of Service govern your use of Seven Bam, which is operated by Far West LLC. By creating an account or using Seven Bam, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Seven Bam.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your login credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account. You may not impersonate another person or use Seven Bam for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harassing activity.
Seven Bam provides tools to help users find and organize Mahjong games, participate in matches and leagues, submit scores, view rankings, and use related community features. Features may change as the service evolves.
Seven Bam helps users connect, but Far West LLC does not control third-party venues or the conduct of other users. You are responsible for deciding whether, where, and with whom to play. Hosts are responsible for providing accurate game details and for any arrangements they make with players or venues.
Users and league organizers are responsible for submitting accurate match and scoring information. Seven Bam may display standings, rankings, and leaderboards based on information submitted through the service, but we do not guarantee that user-entered results are error-free.
You may not misuse Seven Bam, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service at scale, harass other users, upload harmful content, or use the service for unlawful activity.
You retain ownership of information and content you submit to Seven Bam. You grant Far West LLC a limited permission to store, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, support, and improve Seven Bam.
Seven Bam’s name, branding, software, interface, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Far West LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of Seven Bam.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in Seven Bam. Your name, email address, phone number, photo, and town are deleted, and you will not be able to sign in again. If you cannot reach your account, email sevenbamapp@gmail.com and we will delete it for you. Historical shared game and league records may remain only in anonymized form as described in our Privacy Policy.
Seven Bam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Far West LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Seven Bam, interactions with other users, or activities at third-party venues. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms as Seven Bam evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown above.
